vovo.ai provides an AI receptionist that answers phone calls and website chats, gives information about a business, books and manages appointments, sends appointment-related text messages and emails, and collects messages. Optional features include a dedicated phone number, Google Calendar sync, booking deposits, and win-back texts to past customers.

By using the site, the live demo, or the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use vovo on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

You sign in with an email magic link or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that email or Google account secure and for the information you configure — Vovo tells callers what you tell her.

Vovo is an automated system. She is designed to be accurate and helpful, but she can mishear, misunderstand, or make mistakes. Businesses remain responsible for confirming bookings and for the information they configure Vovo to give. Vovo must not be relied on for emergencies or for medical, legal, or financial advice.

You agree not to use vovo to deceive callers about who they are talking to in ways prohibited by law, to harass or spam, to impersonate others, to violate any applicable law, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service.

Text messaging carries its own rules: businesses may only enable texts (including win-back campaigns) to customers who consented, must honor opt-outs, and are responsible for complying with the messaging laws that apply to them. Vovo enforces STOP/HELP handling and sending limits automatically.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the site when you subscribe. Every plan includes unlimited talk time and is sized by unique callers per month; callers beyond your plan's allowance are billed at the published per-caller overage rate. The free plan includes a limited amount of voice minutes each month. We may change prices with reasonable notice — changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

You can cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan — your data and configuration are not deleted.

Businesses may require a deposit to secure appointments. Deposits are collected from the business's customers through Stripe at the amount the business sets. The appointment itself — including any refund of a deposit — is a matter between the business and its customer; vovo facilitates the collection but is not a party to the underlying service.

Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar) connect vovo to third-party services under those services' own terms. You can disconnect them at any time; vovo then stops accessing the connected data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The business information you provide to configure Vovo remains yours. You grant us the right to use it to operate the service for you. Call recordings, transcripts, and chats are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vovo.ai's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed bookings or lost business.

You can stop using vovo at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we discontinue the service, prepaid amounts for the unused remainder of a billing period are refunded.
